CANCELLATION POLICY

In order to provide the best possible experience for every guest, I respectfully ask that if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, you do so at least 48 hours in advance. All appointments cancelled with less than 48 hour notice will be subject to a cancellation fee totaling 50% of all services booked. All “no-show” appointments are subject to a fee totaling 75% of the services booked. Any applicable fees will be charged to the credit card on file.
